In this edition, we’ll focus on the next steps. Those are about translating the theory into performance and becoming partners in talent development. Which can be hard, when business goals and learning goals don't.
Especially in this time of re- and upskilling. Everybody in the learning world is talking about it. There’s lots of cash up for grabs, but that tends to make it more about the commercial side than the learner side. Let's see if we can help solve that.
Don’t ignore all that talk about skills, though. It’s really a thing; learning new skills might be on more people’s mind than ever. Right up the alley for training providers. We’ll be talking about it a lot more. And we hope you’ll chime in, too.
