The obvious and most ‘tangible’ effect the pandemic had on the world of learning, was that everything and everyone had to ‘go virtual’. On a more fundamental level, there were other major shifts. The way people look at work changed radically.
How is that relevant for training providers, you ask? Well, your audience consists of professionals that want to improve and/or develop themselves. Because they are changing jobs, changing careers or because their company is changing. And that's happening more than ever.
The pandemic has been a serious catalyst for those changes and that’s why reskilling and upskilling seems to be on the minds of everyone in learning. We’re still a sceptical bunch, so we won’t go along with that just yet. We are going on a mission to learn more.
