We are always looking for ways to take our platform to the next level!

That’s why we have a panel of people who would like to share their opinions to help us deliver (even) better results in our projects. And you're welcome to join!
 
Our goal is to find a diverse group of people who we can contact about our findings and ideas during design projects. All we ask is a little bit of your time and your perspective on what can be improved. With your input, we can give the platform a boost!

FAQ

What happens when I sign up?
  • When we have an idea for a new feature or when something we’ve been working on is ready for testing, we’ll send out an invitation to you and other members of the design panel to get feedback.
  • The feedback sessions can take many forms and every session is voluntary. You can decide per invite if you want to partake or not.
  • The feedback sessions are usually remote, so location isn’t an issue. All you need is an internet connection, an inquisitive mind and time to experiment!
How do the feedback sessions work?
  • These feedback sessions are focused on projects that we are currently working on. Other feedback about the roadmap, or sending in feature requests, should still go via our support team.
  • Feedback sessions can work a little differently depending on what we’re testing and the type of feedback we’re looking for. In most cases, this will be done via email or an online meeting. When you sign up, you can specify which way you prefer.
    • Email: we send information, a prototype or some questions and you send us your feedback the same way.
    • Online meeting: we set up an online meeting in which we will ask questions, observe your way of working, show you a concept or ask you to try out a prototype.
  • Most often, you won’t need to prepare anything for the feedback sessions. In some cases, we might want you to think about some topics in advance, which we will inform you about beforehand.
What are the requirements to join the design panel?
  • Some level of experience with our platform is needed for feedback sessions. That is why we are looking for people who work or have worked with the aNewSpring platform.
  • The feedback sessions take place remotely, so your location isn't a deciding factor. Sessions will be in Dutch or English. We'll adjust to which of the two you prefer.
What do you do with my feedback and personal information?
  • We gather and store all feedback per project. When we further work with the data, we will use it anonymously.
  • We will never share your personal information with third party organisations. It's for internal use only.
What if I want to stop participating?
  • Simply send an email to to let us know that you want to stop participating and why. We’ll delete your personal data. The insights we’ve gathered from you, we’ll keep anonymously.
